The Miami Children’s Museum is an incredible institution that allows children to learn while they are having fun. In fact, It is a non-profit educational organization that aims to encourage children to play, imagine, create and learn. It was first established in 1983 and it was previously known as the Miami Youth Museum. This 2,000 square foot facility welcomes children of all ages. Their goal is to foster a love of learning through play and enabling children to realize their highest potential.
This museum in Miami has several areas. For example a hospital, ship, bank, etc. Spending time at this Museum is always a blast as the little ones can play pretend as being adults for a day. They usually like this tour a lot, because they can interact with the attractions, paint, play, etc. Adults can only enter the Miami Children’s Museum if they are accompanied by children. In addition, the museum often hosts special events.
General admission is $22. However, Florida residents can enjoy the special price of $15. Tickets can be found and purchased on the museum’s website.
