In the last week of February, Miami-Dade condo sales doubled. Not only that, but the dollar volume also rose, according to The Real Deal. A total of 225 condos were sold that week for $140.5 million. This is an increase compared to the prior week, where there were 113 condos sold. On the last week of the month, units sold for an average price of $624,000. The average price per square foot was $414. Here’s a breakdown of the top 10 Miami-Dade condo sales from February 21 to February 27, 2021:

The most expensive sale during the last week of February was at Apogee in Miami Beach. The unit sold for $7.5 million after 33 days on the Multiple Listing Service. Out of the top 10 sales of the week, this one spent the least amount of time on the market. Similarly, the second most expensive unit sold was also in Miami Beach. The unit at Continuum on South Beach sold for $6.6 million. The Continuum residence sold after 415 days on the market, making it the unit with the most days on the market out of the top 10 sold that week. Furthermore, the least expensive sale of the top ten was at Sereno Residences. The unit spent 299 days on the market and sold for $2.5 million.
