Brickell, also known as Miami’s financial district keeps growing. In fact, it was recently announced that two new firms are moving to the area. Legend Advance Funding and Matrix Renewables are joining the Miami action. Both companies recently signed leases for 2,500 square foot office space at 800 Brickell.
Having an office at Miami’s financial district has become a popular move for many companies. Brickell has become a very strong business area and is very attractive for companies all around the world. Other companies that either renewed a lease in the area or moved to 800 Brickell include 0 Percent, Movement Mortgage, Yanbal USA, amongst others.
Right now, Brickell is experiencing tremendous growth. Companies like Microsoft land in Miami have given the area a lot of credibility and have encouraged companies to move.
Miami has become a very important business point. Today, it is not just another beautiful place to vacation. Miami has become an important global trading center.
