Natiivo Miami is officially under construction. Although foundation work has been underway for a couple of weeks, the official groundbreaking ceremony took place on February 11, 2021. This was the first Miami groundbreaking of 2021. Natiivo will be 51 stories, and is currently the sixth tallest building under construction in Miami.
In addition to giving residents a luxurious hotel-like living experience, Natiivo will allow owners to list their residences on any home share platform they choose. Owners will have the option to rent their units 365 days a year, or long-term to a single renter. In addition, Natiivo will facilitate this process by having Miami’s MasterHost handle every detail of the rental.
The project will feature 70,000 square feet of amenities. Some of these include a pool with private cabanas, 24/7 co-working space for meetings, a fitness center, and much more. In addition, Nattivo’s fully-finished and furnished residences offer breathtaking views of both the water and the city. The project will consist of 448 residential condos, 140 condominium hotel residences, and a 100 room hotel and private social club.
Around 220 units have been sold so far. Natiivo Miami has sparked interest from buyers because of its short term rental flexibility, great location, and upscale lifestyle.
