A Winter Garden site that for years has been targeted for new development may break ground soon. Reported Orlando Business Journal.
Tampa-based developer GNP Development may start building in January a mixed-use project featuring roughly 39 townhomes and 45,000 square feet of office or retail space at 855 and 955 S. Dillard St., Principal Mark Gerenger told Orlando Business Journal. The project, called Central Parc at Winter Garden, may cost $23 million to build.
GNP Development is meeting with the city of Winter Garden’s planning and zoning board Oct. 5 to discuss the new plans for the site where a hotel and medical office building previously were proposed.
