A new North Miami Beach project is on the horizon. North Miami Beach finally approved a new 19-story, mixed-use multifamily tower. It will be located at 16900 Northeast 19th Avenue, and will be 224 feet tall. The tower will include 341 apartments, 12,635 square feet of retail space, 405 parking spaces, and a recreational deck with a pool and garden.
According to the developer, the groundbreaking for the North Miami Beach project will happen in September. In addition, they also projected the completion by August 2023. Furthermore, the project, named “Skygarden” is the first of many projects Developer Celal Ozkan plans to build in the city. In fact, he is allegedly moving his company’s headquarters to North Miami Beach. As for prices, rents at Skygarden will most likely range from about $1618 a month for a one-bedroom to $2154 for a two-bedroom. Furthermore, the average unit size will be 740 square feet.
