Another big multi-use project is coming to Wynwood. As of now, there is plans to build a 12-story Wynwood residences and hotel project. The multi-use masterpiece will bring residential units, hotel rooms, and a courtyard with commercial uses. In fact, the project will have 143 multi-family residential units, 70 hotel rooms, and 9,508 square feet of retail space. The project recently received the approval from the Wynwood Design Review Committee.

The project includes two sections: one with 8 stories and one with 12. In fact, it will include a European-style paseo to connect people from Northwest 28th and 29th streets. The plans for the new Wynwood residences and hotel has been on the works for at least a year and a half. In addition to the residences, hotel, and retail space, the new project will also be packed with incredible amenities.

Residents and their guests will be able to enjoy a 24/7 staffed reception and lobby with community activation zones. In addition, they will have access to co-working spaces, bookable meeting rooms, a game room, library, and artist workshop/studio. Furthermore, they will also be able to enjoy a well equipped wellness zone including a spa, gym, swimming pool, and more. Other amenities include the community garden, and a myriad of small and large community gathering space. Overall, the new project will provide ample amenity options both outdoors and indoors for guests and residents.

As of right now, the project still needs further evaluation to gain full approval.
