If built, the project will have 70 stories, and be taller than any current building in Miami. Allegedly, the tower would to rise 902 feet above ground. In addition, the tower will have a very unique shape, bringing an interesting addition to the Miami skyline.
Although the CEO of Turkish announced that the construction for the tower was back in business, construction permits from September 2019 have not yet been approved.
