Residents of a proposed Seminole County community will be able to strap on their water skis and cut across the water — without leaving the neighborhood. The community, known as Geneva Ski Lake, will feature 12 single-family residential lots on 113.59 acres near Geneva, according to plans filed with the county. The lots will range between 1.2-3.2 acres, much larger than the industry average. Reported Bizjournals.com.

The homes will border a 28-acre ski lake that has yet to be excavated. Still, prices remained fairly stable. The median price last month was $259,900, up 7% from the May 2019 median price of $243,000, but 1.5% lower than the April median price of $263,750.
