French athlete Paul Pogba, who currently plays at Manchester United, has just acquired a unit in the luxurious One Thousand Museum building in Miami. The building, designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid, already had another famous player as a resident: David Beckham. David and Victoria Beckham purchased a penthouse unit earlier this year in the same condo.

Another famous player who also bought an apartment in Miami recently was Lionel Messi. However, Messi preferred another neighborhood, further north: Sunny Isles Beach. The player acquired a unit in the revolutionary Porsche Design Tower. The extremely luxurious oceanfront condo brings the novelty of allowing residents to park their cars inside the apartment, thanks to a modern car lift, the so called Dezervator.

Pogba closed on the property just weeks after Beckham in a confidential deal. Details of the French soccer star’s particular unit are therefore unavailable, though marketing materials reveal the many luxe amenities the athlete will likely encounter in his new home. Each unit is outfitted with multiple oversized terraces and features an open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows in all common living areas. The terraces are each unique in shape and size, responding to the “sensual curves of the tower’s sculptural exoskeleton,” according to the building’s website. Kitchens feature custom quartz countertops, and bathrooms boast custom European cabinetry and countertops.
