The region’s second-biggest homebuilder has snatched up more than 130 acres in Orange County. Reported Orlando Business Journal.
PulteGroup Inc. paid more than $8 million for the land, according to county documents. The purchase consists of 131 acres off North Fort Christmas Road in Christmas, according to the Orange County Property Appraiser website.
On the site, Pulte plans a 253-home subdivision named Sunset Preserve, which will feature seven different home designs and prices starting at $404,990.
Onde of the new constructions Pulte is offering now in Kissimmee, Orlando, is Windsor Island Resort, with short term rental new construction homes.
