Recently, Gloria and Emilio Estefan sold their Star Island mansion for $35 million. At 7,988 square feet, this home is a dream come true. Located on 1.3 acres, the sale equated to $4,382 per square foot.

The Star Island mansion was listed for $32 million in 2019. However, it sold for more due to the high demand for luxury properties in Miami Beach.

The site was originally developed in the 40s. However, the Estefans acquired it in 1993 for $1.84 million. In fact, they ended up expanding it in 1995. The main part of the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a three car garage, a summer kitchen, a pool, jacuzzi, boating dock, and much more.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s Other Real Estate in Miami:

The Estefans recently listed their mixed-used commercial building that they have owned since 1992 for $45 million. The three story property is located at 820 Ocean Drive. 

Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s property features a 5,000 square foot restaurant with commercial kitchen and outdoor seating. In addition, it also has a second floor with dining rooms and outdoor seatings. Finally, it has a third floor with seven newly renovated and fully furnished apartments. In 1992, the S.O Beach Corp led by Estefan Enterprises paid $2.2 million for the 6,500 square foot property. According to the listing, another additional story or rooftop could be added. In addition, the apartments could be operated as a hotel.
