Avra Miami Estiatorio will open at the Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles in December. The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles is a two-tower development by the Trump Group. This will be the fourth opening for the Avra Group, following Avra Madison and Avra in Midtown in New York City, and Avra Beverly Hills. The Miami restaurant will be open to the public and will serve lunch and dinner. Avra serves fresh Greek and Mediterranean food. According to developer Jules Trump, Avra will bring tremendous appeal with the society crowd. In fact, celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Katie Holmes, Alexander Wang, amongst others, are frequent visitors of the restaurant at its other locations.

The Sunny Isles location of the restaurant will measure 10,000 square feet. It will feature a covered terrace, in addition to another uncovered terrace overlooking the pool deck and beach. In total, the restaurant will have 180 seats indoors and 100 outdoors. It will be located at the entrance of “Villa Acqualina,” a 45,000 square foot area that will house the development’s amenities. The restaurant will take up the entire main floor of the villa.

The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles is nearing completion. The south tower is 49-stories and is set to be finished in August. Similarly, the 52-story north tower is scheduled to be delivered in February 2022. The development will feature beautiful and luxurious residences, as well as amenities such as a spa, gym, movie theater, ice skating rink, and more. In addition, the project will feature lobbies created by the fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld. Sales for both towers have been brisk in recent months. Prices for the south tower range from  $4.6 million to $7.6 million. Similarly, prices for the north tower range from $6.5 million to $9 million.
