The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach is a 111-condominium residential development. The sales team has sold nearly 90% of the units. In addition, the development has hit several sales milestones. For example, the Penthouse Collection is officially sold out. The sales from the Penthouses total over $50 million.
