In fact, many new restaurants are popping up and bringing innovative ways to stand out. SeaSpray, a new Boca Raton restaurant opened with a bang, becoming the city’s first “dine-and-dock” restaurant.
Not only is the idea genius, but so is the food. Renowned Chef Kelly Rendall is bringing each guest an elevated Florida coastal cuisine. This Boca Raton restaurant serves each plate using the freshest and most engaging seasonal ingredients. Some of its signature dishes include Smoked Fish Dip, SeaSpray Burger, Key Lime Pie, and much more. The restaurant offers an all-day menu, featuring lunch, dinner, and happy hour. In addition, the restaurant will also start offering brunch in the Fall.
SeaSpray is located along the Boca Raton Inlet. Therefore, boaters can stop by and enjoy a bite to eat if they are near Lake Boca Raton. This dock-and-dine concept was not a part of the area’s boating scene till now.
In addition to a great location and great food, this new Boca Raton gem is also a beautiful spot. The restaurant features a mural by Venezuelan illustrator, Gabriela Benetar. In addition, it also features a floral backdrop that matches perfectly with the tropical landscape of South Florida.
