The developers of Waldorf Astoria Miami are finally launching sales. This project will be the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan with 100 stories. It will be located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard, and will be 1,049 feet tall. In addition, Property Markets Group, Greybrook Realty Partners and Hilton are all allegedly partnering on the project.

Furthermore, this will mark the first Waldorf Astoria development in the South Florida area. The building will include 360 condos and 205 hotel rooms and suites. In addition, it will feature a signature restaurant, event spaces, a resort-style pool deck, a spa, a fitness center, and more.

The building was designed by Sieger Suarez and features a unique stack of nine offset glass cubes. Hilton Management Services will manage Waldorf Astoria Miami. There will be the hotel component in the first three glass cubes of the building, with the condos above it.

Units will start at $1 million. This is about $1,100 per square foot, and will increase to about $2,500 per square foot. Prices depend on the location in the building. This is a once in a lifetime project, and buyers from all over the world are likely to show interest.

Depending on sales, construction could begin in a year. The construction will take place next to PMG’s X Miami tower. Right now, the tallest building in Miami is the 85-story Panorama Tower. It is a mixed-use hotel, luxury rental, office and retail building completed in 2018. However, heads of the project say that the Waldorf Astoria building will dominate the Miami skyline. Besides Miami, Waldorf also has other residential developments underway in Beverly Hills, Jakarta, Dubai, and Antigua.
