A large number of expensive properties have hit Orlando Real Estate market this summer. It was an interesting summer for Central Florida’s residential real estate. No area has seen more luxury homes listed than Windermere, according to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. The little town north of Orlando is often one of the region’s priciest for real estate, and it ranks the fourth-most expensive for average home sale price.
Luxury buyers are on the lookout for amenities both within the home and in the surrounding community, Pantozzi said. That’s reflected in the area’s most expensive homes, many of which are within communities like the exclusive Isleworth Golf & Country Club.
The state of the housing market is important because it often is considered a reflection of the overall health of the local economy. Plus, every home sale in the state has an estimated local economic impact of $77,858, according to a 2018 study by the National Association of Realtors.
