A Wynwood mixed-use project won a positive review from the City’s Urban Development Review Board. The project will bring apartments, office space, and more in two new buildings in Wynwood. The board unanimously recommended the approval of the project. The project, known as PRH N. Miami will include 317 residential units, and 60,400 square feet of offices. In addition, the project will also include 22,701 square feet of commercial uses, and a 534 vehicle garage. The two buildings will be located at at 2150 N Miami Ave.
The Wynwood mixed-use project will be divided in two parcels. “Parcel 1” will be to the west of North Miami Avenue, and “Parcel 2” to the east. Allegedly, the east parcel will have retail at the ground level. In addition, it will have a seven-level parking garage, residential units up to the eight level, and office space up to the 12th level. Similarly, the west parcel is to have retail at ground level. However, this parcel will have residential units up to the 12th level with amenity spaces for residents.
